Melody Soeurn

Originally from San Francisco, CA, Established since 2008. Prior to tattooing, I've worked as a makeup artist, brand representative and education coordinator for various retailers and brands like; Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Chanel Beauty, Christian Dior Parfums, Tom Ford Beauty, Givenchy and many more. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, we set out to fill that gap between beauty and cosmetic tattoo to launch a natural permanent makeup studio in San Francisco.

Hello Bombshell Studio is a prestige permanent makeup studio and training facility that specialize in a more natural form of cosmetic tattooing. Making it less intimidating and more accessible to everyone. Our goal is to provide beautiful brows, eyeliner and lips, tailored to each individual for a unique experience. We Love helping others achieve the confidence they desire through the form of beauty enhancements.

We take pride in our training programs. We train artists in mastering our natural technique in a more intimate setting where students are able to absorb the materials faster. We will continue to set standards in the industry where we hope to break the taboo of having your brows, eyeliner or lips tattooed.
